Tras Ocho años de Vida, este Festival y sus organizadores hemos logrado crear un espacio de expresión único y reconocido, no en su género, pero sí en el concepto y la forma de realizarse. El Festival es algo más que un simple hecho callejero, es una Feria de muestras del sector del espectáculo, cuyo objetivos quedan claramente marcados en su idea de impulsar esta feria llamada FITEC, creando por un lado un vinculo de aprendizaje y desarrollo entre el arte y el ciudadano en el medio natural de convivencia humana: LA CALLE... Y por otro lado un espacio de comunicación e intercambio entre los profesionales del sector.

Un Equipo de profesionales, que juntos y aun a pesar de las dificultades, durante 8 años han hecho posible un Festival Independiente; donde artistas, profesionales y público comparten la magia del espectáculo en su más pura esencia; es un objetivo que nos llena de orgullo y alegría.

FITEC es en sí mismo el reflejo del apetito por el teatro y para el teatro, es muestra y exposición de trabajos de toda índole, donde la calidad nunca estuvo reñida con el dar una oportunidad hacia los nuevos creadores. Artistas de la danza, circo, clown, clásico, hip-hop, acciones trepidantes... todo tiene cabida si el espacio y el presupuesto lo permiten.

En el proceso de nuestro trabajo, durante estos años, hacia el desarrollo de nuevas ideas y nuevos conceptos de expresión en el mundo de la cultura, avanzamos de la misma forma y en paralelo en el desarrollo económico y sostenido de un medio, la cultura, que en muchas ocasiones es el receptor indirecto, pero principal, de crisis y otras prioridades sociales.

Dentro de esta línea, conformamos un espacio y un encuentro donde artistas y agentes culturales y del espectáculo puedan vincular sus esfuerzos en proyectos comunes de forma sencilla pero competitiva y sobre todo lo mas beneficioso para nuestro sector: EFICACIA. Y vamos más allá al establecernos en una red internacional que basa sus objetivos en el desarrollo de un nuevo concepto de expresión urbana: LA DANZA EN PAISAJES URBANOS.. La Red C.Q.D. (Ciudades que Danzan).

Al mismo tiempo proponemos a artistas la creación de propuestas propias, en la que se marcan las ideas y conclusiones de 8 años de experiencia de arte en la calle... creaciones que rescatan la comunicación en acciones básicas entre artista y su receptor mas directo: el peatón, el individuo que se encuentra el hecho, la persona que puede reaccionar ante la propuesta como su necesidad mas inmediata le dicte, sin necesidad de responder a un cliché social de ningún tipo. La PERFORMANCE en estado puro, los “HECHOS INUSUALES” con los que irrumpiremos en la vida cotidiana.

Un Festival debe estar plagado de MENSAJES, y el nuestro no es menos, por lo que este es uno de los puntos que más cuidamos... No creemos en el todo vale, ni en el decir por decir, y no se trata de hacer por hacer, sino en saber qué hacer. El F.I.T.E.C., apuesta por un Arte lleno de pequeños y grandes mensajes, de diferentes tendencias, arriesgado en sus propuestas: Clásico, efectista, provocador... Creemos en la VARIEDAD de estilos y Géneros, porque enseñan al público a ser espectadores y críticos, y a sus artistas a ser CONTEMPORÁNEOS.

After eight years of life, this festival and its organizers we have managed to create a unique and recognized space of expression, not in its sort, but in the concept and the form to be made. The Festival is something more than a simple street fact, is a fair of samples of the sector of the spectacle, whose objectives they are clearly noticeable in his idea to impel this called fair FITEC, creating by a side I tie of learning and development between the art and the citizen in natural means of human coexistence:  THE STREET...  And on the other hand a space of communication and interchange between the professionals of the sector. 

A Team of professionals, who together and even in spite of the difficulties, during 8 years have made an Independent Festival possible;  where artists, professionals and public share the magic of the spectacle in his purer essence;  it is an objective that fills of pride and joy to us.

FITEC is in itself the reflection of the appetite by the theatre and for the theatre, it is sample and exhibition of works of all Hindu to him, where the quality never was fought with giving an opportunity towards the new creators.  Artists of circus, dance, clown, classic, hip-hop, “actions”... everything has capacity if the space and the budget allow it. 

In the process of our work, during these years, towards the development of new ideas and new concepts of expression in the world of the culture, we advanced of the same form and in parallel in the economic development and sharp of means, the culture, that in many occasions is the indirect receiver, but main, of crisis and other social priorities. 

Within this line, we conformed a space and an encounter where artists and cultural agents and of the spectacle can tie their efforts in common projects of simple but competitive form and mainly but the beneficial thing for our sector:  EFFECTIVENESS.  And we go further on when settling down in an international network that bases its objectives on the development of a new concept of street expression:  THE DANCE IN URBAN LANDSCAPES.  Network C.Q.D. (Cities that Dances).

 At the same time we propose to artists the creation of own proposals, in which to the ideas and conclusions of 8 years of experience of art in the street are marked... creations that rescue the communication in basic actions between artist and his direct receiver but:  the pedestrian, the individual that is the fact, the person who can react before the proposal as its immediate necessity but dictates to him, with no need to respond to a social “cliché”  of no type.  The PERFORMANCE  in pure state, the UNUSUAL EVENTS   with that we will burst in into the daily life.

 A Festival must be plagued of MESSAGES, and ours it is not less, reason why this he is one of the points that we took care of more...  We do not create in the whole is worth, nor in saying to say, and one is not to make do, but in knowing how what to do.  The F.I.T.E.C., bets by a full Art of small and great messages, of different tendencies, dangerous in their proposals:  Classic, real, provoking...  Let us create in the VARIETY of styles and Sorts, because they teach to the public to be watching and critical, and to their artists to be CONTEMPORARY.
